"Fast replies and actually helpful"
I had a question about my account so I messaged customer service and they got back to me faster than I thought they would, and the nice part was they actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. It did take one more message to get everything fully cleared up, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

"Pricing was a little hard to figure out"
The site worked fine overall, but for some reason I had to click around more than I expected just to get a clear idea of the pricing. Some of the costs were easy enough to understand, but a few didn’t really become clear until later in the process. It wasn’t a huge issue, I just wish everything had been a bit more upfront before signing up

"I found it simple to use and didn’t..."
I found it simple to use and didn’t have to think too much about it, I just got started and things made sense as I went along so that was nice.

"First impression is still up in the air"
I can’t give it a real rating yet since I haven’t had any personal experience with it so far. My first impression is that I’ll need more time with it before I can say whether it’s actually good or not.
